Now you can build one of the most famous cars in racing history. This superbly detailed die-cast model in metal and injection-moulded plastic is a 1:8 scale replica of the legendary endurance racing car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four times between 1966 and 1969.

The Ford GT was created to break Ferrari’s dominance in the prestigious world of motor racing. In 1965, racing legend Carroll Shelby, creator of the Cobra, took control of the team and the GT scored its first win. After further development, in 1966 the 7.0 litre Mk II cars came 1st, 2nd and 3rd at Daytona, Sebring and then Le Mans.

The Wyer Racing GT, chassis number 1075, came first in four other world-class long-distance events. This is a replica of the car that was driven to an epic victory at Le Mans by Jacky Ickx and Jackie Oliver for the second time in 1969.
